When you complete the form below, your referal will receive an email inviting them to apply through ALLrate Funding Corp saying, "(YOUR NAME) says You Need a Commercial Loan."

If we don't receive a response from your refurral in 48 hours we will send you an email saying, "Your Referral Did Not Apply to ALLrate." We will include their phone numbers in the email so you can immediately call them to follow up saying, "I just received a notice from ALLrate, the commercial mortgage company I told you about, saying that you never applied. I will re-send the invitation to you. If it doesn't show up in your email box in the next two minutes, please be sure to check your spam folder."

That's it!  Remember, commercial loans are HUGE and so are the finders fees! Take full advantage of this opportunity. Entering an email address is not much work.

Finally, be sure to get your referral's verbal permission before entering their e-mail address. An e-mail from ALLrate inviting them to apply should not come as a surprise.
